General Terms
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "the User") and ce77 (hereinafter "ce77", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing all access to and use of the ce77 website, mobile interface, and any associated services available at ce77.org and its subdomains.

When amendments are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the ce77 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.
Important: If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the ce77 platform immediately and contact support at [email protected] to request account closure. Continued play after an amendment is posted constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never existed.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with ce77's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ce77 in relation to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings — whether written or verbal — relating to that subject matter.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
The ce77 platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. If you do not meet every criterion listed below, you are not permitted to register an account or use the ce77 platform in any capacity.
Age Requirement

ce77 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification for all accounts that request withdrawals or reach specified activity thresholds. Geographic Eligibility

Personal Capacity
By registering an account, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party. You confirm that you are not subject to any self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed via ce77 or imposed by any other gaming platform or regulatory authority — that would prevent you from gambling. You also confirm that you have not been diagnosed with or are not receiving treatment for a gambling disorder that would make participation in real-money gambling inadvisable.
Underage Gambling: ce77 takes underage access extremely seriously. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, we will suspend that account immediately pending age verification. Any bets placed or winnings generated during the period under investigation may be voided. If the player is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed.
Account Registration
To access real-money features of the ce77 platform — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — you must create a player account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals who meet the criteria set out in Section 2 above.
Accuracy of Information
When registering your ce77 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.
One Account Policy
Each individual person is permitted to hold a maximum of one ce77 account at any one time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, contact details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. ce77 uses technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Any funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ce77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ce77 will never contact you via email, live chat, or phone to request your password or full payment card details. Any activity conducted under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility unless you have notified ce77 of a suspected security breach promptly and in writing.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact ce77 support immediately at [email protected]. ce77 will investigate all reported security incidents and may temporarily suspend the affected account to protect your funds during the investigation period.
KYC Verification
ce77 may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or upon reaching specified deposit or activity thresholds. Accepted documents include a Bangladesh National ID card, passport, or driving licence. Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days) and proof of payment method may also be required. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by ce77 may result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities or account closure.
Deposits & Withdrawals
ce77 processes all financial transactions — deposits, withdrawals, and refunds — exclusively through supported payment channels. All monetary amounts on the ce77 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).
Supported Payment Methods
ce77 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay (United Commercial Bank). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at ce77's discretion. The availability of specific channels may vary based on your location within Bangladesh and the policies of the relevant Mobile Financial Services (MFS) provider.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount at ce77 is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ce77, though individual MFS providers may impose their own per-transaction or daily limits. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ce77 wallet within 30 seconds of a valid transaction ID being submitted. In rare cases, deposits may be delayed due to network congestion or MFS provider issues — ce77 accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
You may only deposit funds using a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party payment accounts will be refused and returned to the originating account. ce77 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits before processing withdrawals.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed by ce77 within one to six hours for MFS channels during normal operating hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account that matches the name on your verified ce77 account. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, KYC identity verification must be completed in full.
ce77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require further verification. In cases where fraudulent activity is suspected, ce77 may place a hold on withdrawal requests and conduct an investigation before funds are released. The outcome of such investigations is final.
Refunds
Deposits made in error may be eligible for a refund, subject to review. Refund requests must be submitted to ce77 support within 48 hours of the deposit being made. Refunds will only be issued to the original deposit method. Once funds have been wagered — even partially — they are no longer eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals on ce77 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ce77 does not operate accounts in foreign currencies. If your MFS provider applies a currency conversion, any resulting fees are your responsibility.
Bonuses & Promotions
ce77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses on qualifying first deposits, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer as well as the general provisions set out in this section.
Eligibility for Bonuses
Bonuses are available to eligible, verified players who meet the stated criteria for each promotion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses are available only to players making deposits via supported MFS channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). ce77 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its discretion, including on the basis of prior account activity, incomplete KYC, or suspected abuse.
Wagering Requirements

Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
Bonus Abuse
ce77 employs automated and manual systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing bets exclusively on outcomes with low risk for the purpose of satisfying wagering requirements rather than genuine play; colluding with other players to trigger bonus conditions; and exploiting technical errors or glitches in the platform to generate undue bonus credits. Where bonus abuse is identified, ce77 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account with immediate effect.
Modifications and Withdrawal of Promotions
ce77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn before you have claimed it, ce77 has no obligation to honour the unclaimed offer. If a promotion is withdrawn after you have begun meeting its conditions, ce77 will assess the position on a case-by-case basis and act fairly in its reasonable discretion.
User Obligations
By using the ce77 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the obligations and prohibitions set out in this section at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where required by law — reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ce77 platform:
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of any illegal activity.
- Accessing the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
- Creating more than one account or accessing the platform via another person's account.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to access, scrape, or interact with the platform in ways not intended for human players.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors — any winnings generated through exploitation of a known error will be voided.

Responsible Use

Accuracy of Bets and Wagers
It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any bet or wager you place on ce77 before confirming it. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed except in circumstances where ce77 has voided the bet in accordance with its betting rules. ce77 accepts no liability for bets placed in error by the player.
Account Suspension & Closure
ce77 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances described below. In all cases, ce77 will endeavour to act proportionately and in accordance with fair process.
Grounds for Suspension or Closure
ce77 may suspend or close an account where:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The player has failed to satisfy KYC identity verification requirements within the timeframe requested.
- ce77 has reason to believe the player is under 18 years of age.
- ce77 has reason to believe the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity.
- Duplicate accounts registered to the same individual have been identified.
- The player's account activity indicates patterns consistent with bonus abuse or collusion.
- The player has requested self-exclusion via ce77's responsible gaming tools.
- ce77 receives a valid legal order or regulatory direction requiring the account to be frozen or closed.
Effect of Account Closure
Upon closure of an account, any real-money balance held in the account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending fraud investigation. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — particularly fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling — ce77 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance pending a full investigation.
Voluntary Closure
You may request the voluntary closure of your ce77 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method once the account is confirmed for closure. If you are requesting account closure because gambling is affecting your wellbeing, ce77 strongly encourages you to consider activating a self-exclusion before or instead of account closure, as self-exclusion provides an additional layer of protection.
Self-Exclusion: If you wish to stop gambling for a period, ce77's self-exclusion tool allows you to block your account for a defined duration. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ce77, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ce77 platform, even if ce77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Platform Availability
ce77 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical upgrades, server issues, or circumstances beyond ce77's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, or actions of third-party service providers. ce77 will not be liable for any loss — including loss of winnings on pending bets — arising from platform unavailability where the unavailability is caused by factors outside ce77's direct control.
Game Outcomes
All casino games on the ce77 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by internationally recognised game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. ce77 does not manipulate game outcomes. Third-Party Services

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, ce77's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your ce77 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
